Sunshine Destiny Ministries recognizes the importance of proper ministerial identification, spiritual accountability, and legal affirmation in fulfilling individual and collective ministry assignments. Therefore, SDM issues credentials based on the level of commissioning and responsibility assigned.

🔷 Minister Licence Card (Annual Renewal)

The Minister Licence Card is a formal identity and verification tool issued only to individuals who have been officially commissioned as Ministers under SDM.

It is valid for one calendar year from the date of issue.

It must be renewed annually to remain active and valid.

This Licence Card grants the holder authorization to represent SDM publicly in ministerial and spiritual capacities.

Holders may use the card for ministerial identity when invited to minister, conduct services, officiate ceremonies, or engage in outreach or missions under SDM's covering.

🪪 Other Credential Types

For individuals who are not formally commissioned as Ministers, but who serve in other ministerial functions or recognition categories:

Certificates will be issued instead of Licence Cards (e.g., Fivefold Ministry Recognition, Support Roles, Training Completion).

These certificates serve as acknowledgements but do not replace the Licence Card.

📜 Appointment Letter: Legal & Spiritual Authority

Every officially recognized individual will receive an Appointment Letter, which serves as the official validation of their role in SDM. This document:

Provides legal covering under SDM’s ministry framework.

Affirms spiritual oversight by SDM leadership.

Is the official proof of recognition and authorization within the ministry.

May be used for verification in ministry-related interactions (e.g., travel, partnerships, event participation).

⚠️ Important Reminders

The Licence Card is not automatically issued to every applicant — it is exclusively for commissioned Ministers.

All roles are subject to review, accountability, and re-evaluation during the annual renewal process.

SDM retains the right to withdraw or suspend credentials in cases of misconduct, inactivity, or violation of ministry principles.
