CONSTITUTION OF SUNSHINE DESTINY MINISTRIES (sdm)

PREAMBLE

We, the members of Sunshine Destiny Ministries (SDM), acknowledging Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, and believing that we are called to prepare, equip, and release individuals into their divine destinies, hereby establish this Constitution to govern our ministry structure, vision, and operations. SDM is a legally registered faith-based body and functions as an Affiliate Member of the Apostolic Faith Church (AFC) in Malaysia.

ARTICLE 1: NAME AND STATUS

1.1 The name of the ministry shall be Sunshine Destiny Ministries, hereafter referred to as SDM.

1.2 SDM is a registered Christian organization under Malaysian law and maintains spiritual affiliation with the Apostolic Faith Church (AFC).

1.3 SDM functions as an equipping, commissioning, and prophetic ministry with global outreach.

ARTICLE 2: LEGAL ADDRESS

2.1 The principal registered office of SDM shall be established in Malaysia, with the flexibility to operate regionally and internationally through approved coordinators and recognized ministry units.

ARTICLE 3: VISION AND MISSION

7.2 Vision Statement:

To awaken, equip, and activate individuals to fulfill their God-given destinies, impacting their families, communities, nations, and the world.

7.3 Mission Statement:

To provide discipleship, mentorship, ministerial training, and spiritual commissioning through biblical teaching, prophetic direction, and practical empowerment.

ARTICLE 4: STATEMENT OF FAITH

SDM upholds the following doctrinal truths:

• The Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God.

• There is one God, revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

• Salvation comes by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone.

• The believer is called to live a holy, Spirit-filled life.

• The fivefold ministry (apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, teacher) is for the equipping of the saints.

• Spiritual gifts operate today and are vital for ministry and edification.

• The Church is the Body of Christ, called to advance God’s Kingdom on earth.

• Jesus Christ will return to judge the world and reign eternally.

ARTICLE 5: CORE VALUES

SDM is founded upon the following biblical values:

ARTICLE 6: MEMBERSHIP

6.1 Types of Membership:

• Individual Members: Believers aligned with SDM’s vision and committed to active participation.

• Affiliate Ministers: Individuals or ministries receiving covering and equipping.

• Leadership Members: Appointed leaders with regional, national, or global roles.

6.2 Requirements:

• Agreement with SDM’s doctrine and values.

• Willingness to grow, serve, and be accountable.

• Participation in training, home cells, and events as required.

6.3 Termination of Membership:

• Voluntary withdrawal.

• Non-compliance with SDM Constitution or Code of Conduct.

• Breach of doctrinal or ethical standards.

ARTICLE 7: GOVERNANCE AND LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE

7.1 Founder & Overseer:

• Spiritual father and visionary leader of SDM globally.

• Holds final authority on doctrinal and strategic matters.

7.2 Management Board:

• Appointed body responsible for administration, policy review, and strategic decisions.

• Composed of: Chairman, Secretary, and other appointed members.

7.3 Secretary:

• Maintains official records, legal compliance, communication, and reporting.

7.4 Coordinators and Home Cell Leaders:

• Oversee regional or local expressions of SDM ministry work.

• Accountable to the Founder & Overseer and Management Board.

ARTICLE 8: TRAINING, COMMISSIONING, AND MINISTERIAL DEVELOPMENT

8.1 SDM shall provide structured training for emerging ministers, leaders, and workers.

8.2 Candidates must complete training and receive personal endorsement from the SDM Founder & Overseer.

8.3 Commissioning, licensing, or ordination will be granted to qualified and recognized ministers.

8.4 Ongoing spiritual development, mentorship, and reporting are expected.

ARTICLE 9: PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES

SDM operates through:

• Community Home Cells

• Leadership and Prophetic Training

• Ministerial Conferences and Summits

• Online and in-person Mentorship Tracks

• Missions and Outreach Initiatives

• Specialized Ministry Projects (Individual Ministry Projects)

ARTICLE 10: FINANCES

10.1 SDM may receive offerings, sponsorships, and project-based donations.

10.2 All financial matters shall be conducted in a spirit of integrity and good stewardship.

10.3 Proper financial records and reports must be maintained.

10.4 Funds shall be used only for ministry purposes, in accordance with SDM’s vision and goals.

ARTICLE 11: CODE OF CONDUCT

All members and ministers of SDM are expected to:

• Walk in personal holiness and integrity.

• Submit to SDM leadership and maintain accountability.

• Avoid moral compromise, rebellion, and divisive behavior.

• Handle finances, relationships, and ministry roles with maturity and respect.

• Represent SDM honorably in public, media, and ministry platforms.

• Be teachable, correctable, and committed to lifelong growth.

Violations may lead to disciplinary measures in line with SDM’s Bye-Laws.

ARTICLE 12: AMENDMENTS

12.1 This Constitution may be amended with the recommendation of the Management Board and approval of the Founder & Overseer.

12.2 All amendments must align with the prophetic vision and biblical foundation of SDM.

ARTICLE 13: DISSOLUTION

In the event of dissolution:

• All remaining assets shall be transferred to a like-minded Christian ministry or registered faith-based entity.

• No individual shall benefit personally from SDM’s dissolution.
