Bye-Laws of Sunshine Destiny Ministries (SDM)
ARTICLE 1: NAME AND AFFILIATION
1.1 The name of this body shall be Sunshine Destiny Ministries (SDM).
1.2 SDM is a legally registered ministry affiliated with Apostolic Faith Church (AFC).
1.3 All activities, programs, and policies shall reflect biblical values and SDM’s unique prophetic mandate.
ARTICLE 2: OBJECTIVES
2.1 To equip, train, and activate individuals in their God-given callings.
2.2 To provide ministerial covering, mentorship, and ordination pathways.
2.3 To facilitate Community Home Cells, Conferences, and Ministry Projects worldwide.
2.4 To uphold the unity of the faith while empowering diverse individual ministries.
2.5 To maintain legal and spiritual accountability as a registered faith-based entity.
ARTICLE 3: STATEMENT OF FAITH
SDM adheres to the fundamental truths of the Christian faith, including:
• The Bible as the inspired Word of God
• Salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ
• The baptism of the Holy Spirit and operation of spiritual gifts
• The fivefold ministry (Ephesians 4:11) for equipping believers
• Holiness, sanctification, and righteous living as fruit of transformation
ARTICLE 4: MEMBERSHIP
4.1 Types of Membership:
• Individual Members: Born-again Christians aligned with SDM’s vision.
• Affiliate Ministers: Recognized ministers or churches who come under SDM covering.
• Leadership Members: Those appointed to leadership roles within the ministry.
4.2 Membership Requirements:
• Agreement with SDM’s core values, vision, and doctrinal positions.
• Active participation in SDM training, programs, or assigned responsibilities.
• Commitment to integrity, holiness, and submission to spiritual oversight.
4.3 Membership Rights:
• Access to training, commissioning, and ministry opportunities.
• Eligibility to receive ministry endorsement or ordination.
• Inclusion in SDM events, reports, and global ministry network.
4.4 Membership Termination:
• Voluntary withdrawal.
• Inactivity or non-compliance with SDM policies.
• Violation of the Code of Conduct (see Article 8).
ARTICLE 5: LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE
5.1 Founder & Overseer:
• Visionary leader and spiritual head of SDM globally.
• Holds final authority on doctrinal and ministerial matters.
5.2 Management Board:
• Provides strategic oversight, approves major decisions, and supports expansion.
• Includes the Chairman, Secretary, and appointed leaders.
5.3 Secretary:
• Maintains records, documentation, legal compliance, and internal communication.
5.4 Coordinators:
• Appointed for regional/national roles to oversee SDM’s operations.
• Accountable to the Founder & Overseer.
5.5 Home Cell Leaders:
• Facilitate small group fellowship, prayer, and teaching at the community level.
ARTICLE 6: TRAINING AND COMMISSIONING
6.1 All prospective ministers must undergo SDM-approved training.
6.2 Endorsement by the Founder and Overseer is required for commissioning.
6.3 Commissioned ministers receive certificates and spiritual covering under SDM.
6.4 Continuous development and mentoring are expected of all ministers.
ARTICLE 7: MEETINGS AND MINISTRY ACTIVITIES
7.1 Regular Activities:
• Discipleship and ministry training programs
• Prophetic mentoring sessions
• Community Home Cell meetings
• Quarterly conferences and summits
7.2 Special Events:
• Ministerial commissioning
• Regional and international outreach
• Online leadership forums
• Family and youth empowerment initiatives
ARTICLE 8: CODE OF CONDUCT
All members and ministers must uphold the following:
• Personal holiness and moral purity
• Honesty, humility, and integrity in speech and conduct
• Submission to SDM leadership and structure
• No slander, rebellion, or divisive behaviour
• Stewardship of time, talents, and ministry finances
• Confidentiality in ministerial relationships
ARTICLE 9: DISCIPLINARY PROCESS
9.1 Grounds for Discipline:
• Immorality, dishonesty, or doctrinal error
• Unauthorized ministry under SDM’s name
• Persistent insubordination or disrespect of leadership
9.2 Steps of Discipline:
1. Private correction and counselling
2. Formal warning and monitoring period
3. Suspension or revocation of ministry recognition (if unresolved)
4. Restoration is always the goal where repentance is evident
ARTICLE 10: FINANCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY
10.1. SDM shall receive offerings, donations, and project sponsorships.
10.2. All finances are to be recorded, accounted for, and used for ministry purposes only.
10.3. No misuse of ministry funds or misrepresentation for personal gain is tolerated.
10.4. Financial reports may be requested by leadership or legal authorities when necessary.
ARTICLE 11: AMENDMENTS TO BYE-LAWS
11.1. These Bye-Laws may be amended by recommendation of the SDM Management Board and approval by the Founder & Overseer.
11.2. Amendments must align with the original vision and mission of SDM.
11.3. Notice shall be given to members regarding major changes.
ARTICLE 12: DISSOLUTION
In the event of dissolution:
• All ministry assets shall be transferred to another Christian organization with similar values and legal standing.
• No part of the ministry’s assets shall benefit any private individual.

These Bye-Laws serve to protect the integrity, order, and spiritual fruitfulness of SDM as a prophetic ministry for individuals, families, and nations.
