Acceptance Processes for Commissioning Level – SDM
Level 1 – Initial Vetting
The SDM Overseer shall determine the applicant’s eligibility through the relevant Application for Service Form.
The SDM Secretary shall compile a list of applicants with all required supporting documents.
This list shall be submitted to the SDM Credentials Committee for consideration.
Level 2 – Committee Deliberation
The SDM Credentials Committee shall evaluate and deliberate on the submitted applications.
The Committee shall reach a consensus on the approval of eligible candidates.
Approved candidates shall be listed for commissioning.
Level 3 – Commissioning Arrangement
The SDM Secretary shall coordinate the commissioning event for approved applicants.
Certificates and/or appointment letters shall be prepared as appropriate.

Incomplete applications may affect your eligibility for commissioning.
All applications are subject to due diligence and oversight by the SDM Overseer and SDM Credentials Committee.
